After Action Reports

Hi!

Just found out those After Action Reports on the member's area on the main site of the Corp. Although the name is self explanatory, can someone give me more details about them?

Based on which actions were the available examples created? Made up just for testing?

Will these reports be created by every member everytime something action takes place?

The original Idea was to have record of all missions so we'd have a record of who's been participating in missions. Since the game isn't in multiplayer stages yet, this is not yet implemented.
