So I think it would be useful to have a forum here where we can report a bug and help each other out to try and fix it. We may not be able to do much but who knows.

To add to that, a format I use on my teams at work which is short and sweet but works pretty well:

For example, I posted this in the hangar bugs area:

Removing Big Box storage from Hornet makes it disappear

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to hangar on an account with the hornet as primary vehicle
2. Go to customization terminal and drag hornet into selection area
3. Swipe over to weapons
4. Click and drag the storage module to remove it

Expected:
Storage module is removed and added to the item area along the right of the UI

Actual:
Storage module is removed, but disappears and doesn't come back unless you leave the hangar and return

Quick Description: Customization panel don't fucking work.
Full Description: I can't figure out how to work the customization terminal... Is there a manual somewhere? it seems self-explanitory but there's nothing in the keybindings to interact with it...
What Settings are you using: High graphics
Computer Info: Not sure that enters into it...

You gotta press tab to go into mouse interaction mode. Then drag your ship into the customization thing.

It's entirely unintuitive.
