I guess if you are able to buy factories and building in the game, it should be no problem to own a small asteroid base or something like that

Now think about how crowded that system will be. Normally Chris said, it will be rather seldom to meet other players as they have about 10 times of NPCs crawling the universe. But if there is a system exclusively for backers till 18 million bucks those 200.000 people will all want to explore that one
