Streaming

I was wondering if we had any streamers in the corporation. I have a channel on Twitch.tv, but low bandwidth stops me from uploading much other than offline games like FTL: Faster Than Light.

If anyone is interested in streaming, but don't know where to start, I would suggest googling "Open Broadcaster Software"; a relatively light and moreover FREE broadcasting software that offers all the amenities of other programs that cost you $10-$20/month.

It's relatively easy to get started and once the game is released, we could use multi-channel streams to get POV shots from other members of a flight team to keep everyone updated on what's going on.

If you have any questions on getting started, I'd be happy to hop on Teamspeak and walk you through it.

I thought about streaming at the start of the summer and had a plan to do it as a sort of summer hobby, but with good weather and more important things coming up I have put it on hold. I am definitely interested in streaming for Star Citizen though.
