Threads MUST stay alive - (Please post!)

I was wondering if there are issues you see as critical that need to be kept alive in General as long as possible to get some traction and attention.

I have two I consider to be pretty important right now.

1. Non Lethal Weapons thread - https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.c ... -confirmed

This thread encourages a diversity of approaches and actually makes the game viable for me - I won't be engaging in FPS if the only options are killing.

2. Medical roleplay - https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.c ... l-gameplay

This makes the system intelligent, and makes being a medic a viable, challenging career. It gives meaning to hospital ships, specialists etc.. and will attract interesting people to the game.

Both of these are related to the FPS mode and will determine the quality of this experience I suspect more than many people will imagine.

as for the non-lethal weapons, they stated in reverse the verse (the live stream on twitch) that non-lethal combat was an option, hence the advocacy tools released with the cutlass blue. from what I gather, there are planned to be more non-lethal options like them.

Sure thing - but I want a full range of options. Non Lethal is an issue if it can't compete and dev focus is tied up on gung ho gunning.

It was - Will there be viable non lethal combat.

Combat where it is restricted to a stun baton and handcuffs is NOT viable.

And yes. Unfortunately, that means I will be taking the handicap.
