Maneki Neko, but I may go by Bedu in some games.


I would like to do a mix of both because I enjoy Trading/Exploration. I'll choose Adam and Eves.


All the Wing Commander games, Privateer 1&2, Starlancer and Freelancer. Played around with the Microsoft flight sims, and recently X3 Terran Conflict.


I have the Freelancer package, Digital Mercenary and a Anvil Gladiator Bomber.



First off, I don't usual game in groups, but that maybe why I didn't enjoy Ultima Online. I was going to wait to join a
guild. I saw that some of you want to get together in person, so I am jumping in early. I am a 40yr old IT Manager at a 30+ employee company. I live in Pennsylvania. I am an old school gamer that started playing games on the commodore 64 with the tape drive. The first PC I owned was a 286. The first one I built was a Pentium 90 with the FDIV bug. I have always built my desktop PCs since, but never an early adopter after the p90. I have own consoles, but have stuck to PC games most of the time. The console games I like are the Grand Turismo Series. I look forward to seeing you in the Verse.

Where abouts in PA do you live? I'm in New Castle County in Delaware -- I think it's great that there are so many folks in the mid-atlantic region! I'd love to see a second annual Citadel Space Corporation gathering some day (the first one consisted of me and one other pilot who happened to be in Disney World at the same time).

Oh, awesome regarding your history with computers. My first computer was a TRS-80 with a cassette tape drive. We had a floppy drive for our C64, heh!

In any case, no reason to worry about running missions for both flight divisions... first and foremost, we want to make sure we enjoy our free time, so you'll be able to run combat missions when you like. Based on your application and background, I think you'll fit in nicely; you'll find that we're friendly and aren't looking for a high pressure experience.
